Crafters Cafe Blog Challenge #244 Anything Goes
June 1, 2020

Hello everyone! I am sharing my latest card for the Crafters Cafe Blog Challenge. The digital image is from All Dressed Up.

As I usually do I go to my Mom's place as she has all the treats and tools to make my cards. I have used Stamping Up Paper. The grass is from a Magnolia DooHickey Kit. ( I use to own the store in North America lol) The Congrats' words are from an old kit my mom had as well.

I hope you all like how it turned out. I did the card to see if anyone knows what famous baseball player wore number #42. Let me know if you think you might know who it is.

Have a great week everyone.

Shawn

Crafters Cafe Blog Challenge #242

Crafters Cafe Blog Challenge #242
May 15th, 2020

Hello everyone. I have completed an image from My Besties. The image is called Coffee Girl.

I hope you like it. It was the first time for me to do an image from her. I tried to be creative by making the coffee cup look like it is from Tim Hortons. I am Canadian eh :)

I did a blend of copics and Faber Castels on this card.

I hope you like it.

Hello everyone. I am sorry for being late with my card but I have been extremely busy. This card is part of the Anything Goes challenge. I had some fun creating this card. I personally purchased this from Morgans Art World. It is called Fantasy Fae Digi Stamp 48. I really liked this image and I hope you do too.

I used my Faber Castel pencil crayons. I also used some gemstones to add a little touch to the centres of the flowers.

I also used a Stamping Up Embossing Folder to create the image on the turquoise paper I choose.

I hope you like it.

Cheers, Shawn

The Crafters Cafe Challenge Blog #240

Hello everyone. I finally got brave and tried Copic Markers for a real go at it. I kept my colours simple as I wanted to understand how to blend them correctly. I think I didn't too bad.

I also added some sparkle to the ribbon. I hope you can see it in the photo. I also added some very small orange beads to reflect the centre of each flower.

This image is from Sheepski. It is very simple and nice. I really liked the simplicity of this digital image.

I hope you find it nice as well.

Cheers, Shawn

This card was made with only 12 Caran d' ache pencil crayons. I find these pencils to be very soft so you must be very gentle when using them. However, the colours are very vibrant and a lot of fun to use.

This is a very simple card but I wanted to really show off the beauty of this digital image. This image is from Power Poppy. I was able to use it from the Kit and Clowder (Taking Flight) class.

I think this would be a great image for a men's card for any occasion.

All the best, Shawn

Hello everyone. I hope that everyone is okay. I know that we are all being asked to keep our social distance. I hope that where you live things are starting to get better? I do believe it depends on what part of the world we are living in.

Everyone please stay safe, and know that this will end soon.

I hope this card puts a smile on your face and lifts your spirits.

This digital image is from Bugaboo. His name is Clyde the Dragon. I have never made a shaker card before so I hope I did okay. It is a simple card but I think he turned out okay.

Here is how he shakes !! LOL

Creative Uncles Presents: Birthday Celebration

Creative Uncles Presents: Birthday Celebration

I had a lot of fun colouring this Dr. Digi creation. His name is Biffo! I think he is a great Digital Image for any man's Birthday card. I hope you like him.

I used my Faber Castel Pencil crayons.

I also used a very simple birthday die to cut out this birthday present. I added some fun sparkles too!

Thank you for checking him out.

Cheers, Shawn
